Eve Kelleher


   Eve Kelleher graduated from National University of Ireland, Galway with a BSc in Occupational Therapy in 2012. She then commenced practicing as an Occupational Therapist in the NHS. She has worked across a variety of adult and paediatric settings including: acute wards, inpatient neuro rehabilitation, outreach services, and the community. Eve currently works as the ‘School Rehabilitation/ Reintegration Facilitator’ for a pilot project with the Major Trauma Team at Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital. This two year project supports children and young people to transition back to school following Major Trauma injuries and looks at wider rehabilitation pathways across Greater Manchester.


   Eve is passionate about: family centred care, strengths based approaches to rehabilitation, multiagency working, and meaningful childhood participation. In her current role, she aspires to empower children and young people, their families, and their educators to overcome the myriad of challenges which returning to school with an injury can present.
