Dr. Simon-Henri Schless, PhD

 

 Simon-Henri Schless completed his BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy at the University of Salford. Following graduation, he worked as a physiotherapist at the ALYN paediatric and adolescent rehabilitation hospital in Jerusalem, Israel, assisting in the introduction of a standardised approach to clinical gait analysis. After four years, Simon-Henri relocated to Leuven, Belgium, where he successfully completed his Doctorate in the Department of Biomedical Sciences in the research group of Neurorehabilitation. In January 2019, Simon-Henri returned to Jerusalem to run the newly installed motion analysis and biofeedback laboratory at ALYN hospital, and continues research in the topic of altered muscle-tendon unit morphology, neuromotor symptoms and gait amongst the paediatric population.
